This Solits plinth is a classic, suitable for almost every purpose one can think of, from furnishing a shop/museum/office to adding a stylish touch to your own home. It is hollow inside, lightweight and easy-to-move, but it can carry the weight of up to 100 kg. We have a lot of sizes in stock available for delivery the next working day, and we can also custom-make these upon request. This white plinth is made from MDF with mitered joints. The MDF that it is made of now has a matt scratch-resistant HPL (High Pressure Laminate) layer.
Until November 2021, we used to spray-paint these plinths with water-based paint. This gave our products a nice smooth look, but the possibility of scratches was high. That is why we started looking for alternatives, and found them!
The current version of our Solits Plinth white has sharper corners, has a proper matt finish, and is scratch-resistant and colour fading-proof. The look is different, but we like it better! It has an additional advantage: we can have these plinths ready for you faster now, since we do not have to include the required drying time of approximately 3 working days into the production process. And last but not least - we created a healthier working environment for our employees by reducing spray-paiting by 80%!
The approximate RAL color reference for this plinth is RAL 9016. If you prefer a different shade of white, for example, RAL 9010, 9003 or 9001, take a look at our Solits plinth colour here.
This plinth can be branded with your company logo, or you can add LED lighting, a display case, or both, if you choose.
Our plinths are supplied with sturdy, custom-made felt pads, 4 mm thick. They protect both the plinth and the surface it is standing on from getting damaged.
