    We will arrange to have your product collected from you.
  • Do you wish to exchange your product? We will send the new item to you immediately, provided it is in stock.
  • Did you receive a damaged product? We will resolve that for you immediately.

 

Cooling off period

Of course, you need a little time to consider whether the product is to your liking. You have a 14-day cooling off period during which you can return the item (in its original condition).

 

How do I return the product?

Use the right of withdrawal form*
Is the product not to your liking and would you like to return it? You can do that within a period of 14 days, starting the day after you receive your product. Please complete this [A1] right of withdrawal form and return it to us via info@plinths.co.uk or Solits, 137 Highgate Rd, London, NW5 1LE

Exceptions!
It is not possible to return products that were custom-made for you. In case of damage for which we are responsible, we would be happy to make arrangements with you to repair or resolve this damage.

Refunds
Are you a private customer? Then you will receive a refund of the total sum you paid us for the product when you return it, less the cost of collecting the item from you. These costs are the same as the delivery charges detailed on our website.

Are you a corporate client? Then you will be refunded the cost of the item excluding the costs for delivery and return. 

We will pay the sum to which you are entitled into the account number from which you made the payment. If you would like it paid into a different account, please state this clearly on the right of withdrawal form. We will pay the sum within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.

How do I pack the plinths for return shipment?
Please repackage the product in its original packaging.
Because the shipping of plinths is a specialist task and we have 10 years’ experience in this, we will manage the return to ensure we receive the package in its original condition. We will make an appointment to collect it from you once we have received your right of withdrawal form.

 

Can I exchange a product for a different size, colour, or material?
Yes, you can. If you ordered a product from our standard range, you can exchange it for another product in this range free of charge. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of custom-made items.

The product arrived damaged, what now?

Despite our packaging and shipping our products with the utmost care, they can still be damaged in transit. We will resolve this as quickly and efficiently as possible. We need your help to do this! If the package was damaged on arrival, we trust you reported it to the courier when you signed for it on receipt. Please take photos of the damaged products and (if possible) of the packaging and email them to us. Then call or email us to discuss the matter. We will offer a solution immediately, or within one day.
